FAQs

Can The Production Line Be Customized?
Yes. Each production line can be customized to match the required capacity, covering the egg infeed method, weight grades, tray or carton formats, number of packing lanes, and conveyor direction. To finalize the configuration, we need the required capacity, egg size range, packing samples or drawings, plant layout, local utility conditions, and downstream handling requirements.
Can the machine handle different tray formats and packaging materials?
Yes. The machine can be configured for 2 × 5, 2 × 6, 3 × 5, and 3 × 6 lidded packs, as well as 4 × 5 and 5 × 6 trays with or without lids. Compatible materials include molded pulp, plastic, and EPE foam.
The packing system supports quick changeover between compatible tray formats and materials. Each packing lane runs one format at a time. For simultaneous packing of different formats, separate lanes must be configured for each format.
Because tray dimensions, materials, and stacking characteristics vary, please provide tray samples or detailed drawings for compatibility testing and final configuration.
What Defects Can The AI Vision-Based Eggshell Crack Detection System Identify?
The optional WISEVISION AI-powered Eggshell Crack Detection System uses multi-angle optical imaging and AI-based image analysis to detect different types of shell cracks.
It records the inspection lane and egg position, and sends a reject signal to the PLC. Actual detection performance depends on egg condition, operating speed, lighting, camera configuration, and project validation.
The system is designed for shell crack inspection only and does not measure egg freshness or other internal quality indicators.
How Accurate Is The Egg Weighing System?
Some configurations are equipped with precision load cells and can achieve weighing accuracy of up to ±0.5 g under suitable operating and calibration conditions. The weighing method and accuracy vary by machine model.
Can The Equipment Connect To An Existing Central Egg Collection System?
Yes. HANLUR equipment can receive eggs from a central egg collection system or a manual loading arrangement.
What Utilities Are Required?
Utility requirements vary by equipment and configuration.
Industrial egg graders and washing lines typically require a 380 V, three-phase, 50 Hz power supply, while small farm packing equipment may use a 220 V, single-phase power supply.
Egg washing lines require an adequate water supply and drainage system. A Wi-Fi connection is required for remote operation and maintenance services.
Exact power supply, power consumption, water consumption, compressed air consumption, and connection points will be specified in the project-specific technical proposal.
