Product Overview

The continuous inkjet egg printer delivers non-contact coding throughout automated egg processing. It prints production dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, logos, and other traceability data as eggs move along a compatible production line. The printing system synchronizes with egg position and conveyor movement, ensuring clear, consistent code placement.

· Non-contact in-line printing: Codes are applied without manual handling steps.

· Configurable print content: Supports text, time, dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, graphics, and traceability codes, depending on the selected print format.

· Industrial touchscreen control: A 10.1-inch color touchscreen provides print-setting, monitoring, and operating functions.

· Production-line integration: External sensor, encoder, and communication interfaces support integration with compatible HANLUR egg processing lines.

Maximum printing speed is based on the supplier’s specified test conditions. Actual operating speed depends on print content, printhead configuration, and host-line layout.

The printer can be integrated with a compatible HANLUR egg grading line or egg washing and packing line. For washed eggs, place the coding position after effective surface drying. Printhead quantity and position, triggering method, ink formulation and color, print content, and operating speed are configured according to the host line and project requirements.

Available ink colors include black, red, blue, green, white, and invisible ink. High-adhesion and food-grade ink formulations may be selected, subject to application testing, supplier confirmation, and local regulatory requirements.
