Washed Egg Processing

Washed egg programs demand more than a rinse — they require a closed-loop hygiene system from infeed to pack. Our HG100, HG300 and HG600 Egg Washing, Grading & Packing Lines integrate every critical intervention a single continuous flow, engineered exclusively for table eggs.
All three models accept eggs via Vacuum, Robotic or Automatic Loaders (30,000–90,000 eggs/hour), feeding directly the wash tunnel rotating brushes and food-grade detergent remove shell contaminants. After rinsing, eggs pass through UV sterilization to inactivate surface pathogens, followed by egg oiling to reseal the cuticle and extend shelf life — a mandatory step for EU and Gulf export specs.
Shell integrity is verified by the WISEVISION AI Crack Detection System, scanning for hairline cracks and defects at line speed. Every graded egg is then continuous inkjet-coded with farm ID, date and batch number for full traceability. Empty trays are sanitized by our Automatic Tray Washer before re-circulation, closing the hygiene loop.
The HG100 suits small commercial farms, the HG300 serves mid-size processors, and the HG600 delivers high-capacity output — all sharing 304 stainless construction, PLC + HMI control, multi-voltage (220V/380V, 50/60Hz), and CE/ISO certification.
From wash to coded, oiled, retail-ready tray — one line, one hygiene standard.
