Automated End-of-Line Handling

Automated End-of-Line Handling

A grading line is only as strong as its last meter. Our modular end-of-line systems let you choose exactly which automation to add at the discharge of your grader or washer, completing the workflow without forcing a one-size-fits-all layout.

Start with the Filled-Tray Stacker — it automatically counts and stacks packed trays  vertical columns, removing manual lifting and creating a clean handoff to the next stage. For packed cases, the Robotic Egg Case Packer picks and places trays  30-egg or 60-egg shipping cartons with vision-guided accuracy, while the Robotic Egg Crate Loader handles reusable plastic crates for farm-to-processor loops. At the final stage, the Automatic Palletizer builds stable, retail- or warehouse-ready pallet loads from stacked trays or cases, complete with pattern programming and slip-sheet insertion.

Each module is designed as a bolt-on: you  only what your throughput and labor situation require. All units share the same 304 stainless and anodized aluminum construction, PLC + HMI control, and multi-voltage platform (220V/380V, 50/60Hz) as our grading lines. CE/ISO certified, with export documentation and remote diagnostics as standard.

From graded egg to palletized load — add only what you need, scale when you are ready.

Tell us your current line speed, pack format and labor constraints. We will recommend the right end-of-line modules and send a layout.
